The Role:

As an Admissions Specialist serving as a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving month-over-month enrollment growth at our Guidepost Montessori locations. This role is intensely focused on generating leads, converting tours into enrollments, and maximizing overall student sign-ups. You will work from Wednesday to Sunday, utilizing weekends for attending and planning events, making cold calls to prospective families, and sending targeted emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement aggressive strategies to increase lead volume through phone calls, emails, and community outreach.
  • Organize and attend weekend events to boost visibility and direct engagement with potential families.
  • Focus on converting inquiries and tours into enrollments by delivering compelling presentations and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the enrollment process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community groups and educational organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales or marketing with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and community members.
