## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Medicaid Eligibility Specialist to join our team at MJHS. As a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist, you will play a critical role in establishing financial status and Medicaid eligibility for patients prior to admission and maintaining eligibility throughout their stay.
## Responsibilities
* Establish financial status and Medicaid eligibility prior to admission
* Maintain Medicaid eligibility throughout Nursing Home stay
* Work with patients and their families to ensure accurate and timely Medicaid applications
## Qualifications
* Bilingual English & Spanish required
* High School diploma or equivalent, required
* Bachelor's Degree, preferred
* Prior experience in Nursing Home Medicaid Eligibility, required
* Working knowledge of software program EDITS to submit Medicaid application
