Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Conduct Initial Intake Assessments
  • Manage Program Inquiries and Track Prospective Clients
  • Make and Deliver Recommendations to Prospective Clients
  • Effectively Communicate with Clients and Their Families/Referral Sources
  • Explain Financial Obligations and Manage Financial Documents
  • Work with Admissions Director to Assign New Clients to Treatment Teams
  • Attend Staff Meetings and Keep the Team Informed of Upcoming Admits
  • Input Client Information into Facility Database and Manage Client Charts
