Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Specialist to oversee the admissions process for potential clients. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of program admissions, from initial contact to program commencement, to ensure a smooth transition for clients joining our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs
  • Handle program inquiries and track prospective clients to ensure timely follow-up
  • Provide personalized recommendations to clients to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral sources to build strong relationships
  • Explain financial responsibilities to clients in a clear and transparent manner
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Director to ensure seamless program admissions
  • Input client information into our database to maintain accurate records
  • Be available on call certain evenings to provide support and guidance
Requirements:
  • Experience in coaching, counseling, or sales with a focus on customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in communication and organization to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques to support client growth
  • Experience in mental health or admissions roles is a plus
