We have a hardwood face veneer division, a plywood division, and a specialty plywood division. We're seeking a detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to be part of our fast-paced, highly motivated, growing team. You'll play an integral role assisting with sales quoting, order processing, and customer service activities of Manthei Wood Products. Coordinates with the outside sales team and distributor/OEM customer base to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely, complete, and accurate manner according to company policies & procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Manage order file and ship dates Confirm order and technical construction of panels with customer Enter order into Netsuite ERP system Monitor inventory levels Create Bill of Materials and Production Work Orders Collaborate with customer, outside sales, and Production Managers to ensure adherence to product technical and quality standards Collaborate with Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely delivery Continuously interface with customer regarding technical specifications, production and shipping schedule Invoice customers Projects including marketing samples, digital photos, costing spreadsheet, etc. Upsell customers when possible to fill out loads Provide phone support and promptly reply to customer emails and phone calls Resolve customer problems as they come up in a respectful and timely manner Prospecting - cold calling potential customers Coordinate marketing collateral and trade shows Other duties and projects as determined by sales and overall company business needs You're a good fit for this role if you

: Have exceptional organizational skills Are highly proficient with computer software, including MS Office, Google Suite, and ERP systems Multi-task like a pro, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, verbal and written communication, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Have a keen attention to detail, a mind that likes to solve problems, and a love for analytical thinking Speak effectively with customers and employees of the organization to make good connections with everyone you transact with.
