Additionally, the Parts Counterperson must maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and updates to vehicle parts to provide accurate information and recommendations. Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate a good understanding of automotive parts and their compatibility with various vehicle models.

Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service department and other team members to provide seamless customer service and support.

Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive parts, including compatibility and usage.
