Landscape Sales Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to enhance our sales efforts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective market analysis, negotiation, and account management. Our mission is to excel in client satisfaction, foster team member development, and maintain financial benchmarks while prioritizing quality and service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize leads generated by the company through marketing initiatives or referrals to achieve sales targets of $1.5-2M in design build or enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with landscape designers to formulate design agreements and plans for new business opportunities.
- Address client inquiries and provide necessary information; investigate complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to deliver contract services; solicit and evaluate bids for new and ongoing construction projects, ensuring subcontracted work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project status, change orders, job costing, and billing.
- Engage in and follow up on change orders and billing for completed projects.
- Oversee and manage material costs on sold projects.
- Keep detailed records of operations and programs; prepare reports on activities and operations as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the entire Vidosh North team to meet targets and uphold our company culture.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of general landscape and construction principles and practices.
- Familiarity with equipment, tools, and materials used in landscape construction.
- Understanding of sales principles, management practices, and training methodologies.
- Awareness of safety management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of hardscape, landscape irrigation/lighting, and horticulture.
- Proficiency in office procedures, methods, and equipment, including computers and relevant software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and LMN software.
- Awareness of pertinent local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations.
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
