Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead, coach, build and manage a team of SDRs. The Director of Sales Development has a track record of building and leading sales development teams. This individual also has the ability and experience in working with 3rd party SDR teams - and managing day-to-day progression of leads from Marketing to the appropriate SDRs and AEs. Tech stack: Work with other teams in sales and IT to proactively identify and propose fixes for integration challenges between various tech stack elements - ensuring SDR success Coaching: Provide effective coaching to SDRs with actionable plans to improve day-to-day activities - translating to better SDR performance Sequences: Lead the creation and day-to-day implementation of sequences in partnership with the Marketing function. The ideal candidate embraces industry best practice for sequence development, implementation and experimentation: “one sequence is never enough, new sequences are required as conditions change, and sequences are improved based on what the data tells us (e.g., A/B testing)”. Metrics and KPIs: Stellar ability in defining and tracking predictive metrics and KPIs that describe the health of this function and of the business, as well as health of the business metrics. Sales Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for sequences, sales processes, guidelines, and best practices. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting. Time Management: Ability to keep track of and deliver against deadlines. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively present findings. Tech-Savvy, CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales related SaaS tools (e.g., Linkdedin Sales Navigator, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, …) is required Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
