Position Overview: As a Senior Data Analytics Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven solutions and driving business value for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and identify areas where data analytics can drive value and impact.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and gather requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze client data to uncover insights, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations, using statistical analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
  4. Solution Development: Develop innovative data analytics solutions to address client challenges and meet business objectives, leveraging advanced analytics techniques and industry best practices.
  5. Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate analysis results and insights to clients, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  6. Client Presentations: Present analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to clients in clear and concise presentations, and facilitate discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
  7. Project Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment of data analytics solutions with business needs and technical requirements.
  9. Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and best practices in data analytics with colleagues and clients, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to build client capabilities in data-driven decision-making.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and tools.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions and driving business value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
