Position Overview: As the Lead Data Analytics Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our data analytics consulting practice and driving business value for our clients. You'll lead a team of talented data analysts and consultants, collaborating closely with clients to understand their business challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and deliver actionable insights. If you're a seasoned analytics professional with a passion for solving complex problems and a track record of delivering impactful solutions, we want you on our team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and leadership to a team of data analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Client Engagement: Lead client engagements from start to finish, including scoping, requirements gathering, analysis, solution development, and delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive business growth through proactive engagement and thought leadership in data analytics.
- Solution Development: Lead the development of innovative data analytics solutions to address client challenges and meet business objectives, leveraging advanced analytics techniques and industry best practices.
- Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations, using statistical analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
- Client Presentations: Present analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to clients in clear and compelling presentations, and facilitate discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment of data analytics solutions with business needs and technical requirements.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and best practices in data analytics with colleagues and clients, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to build client capabilities in data-driven decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions and driving business value.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading data analytics teams and delivering impactful solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
