Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership in HR within a high-growth or financially robust organization
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that directly impact business outcomes
  • Exceptional ability to manage high-level projects and stakeholders within a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and building consensus across diverse groups
  • SPHR is a plus
