The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise, a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, and a strong ability in project management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and administer HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and system dependability.
  • Evaluate, design, and sustain HR data, producing reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Manage HRIS initiatives from start to finish, including system selection, requirements gathering, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Identify and execute system improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Coordinate data integration and reporting across various systems and third-party services.
  • Establish and maintain security protocols, ensuring appropriate access controls are implemented.
  • Deliver training and support to HRIS users and collaborate with vendors to address technical challenges.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company policies, including safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with HR information systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in ADP systems, especially Enterprise, eTime, and other HR-related modules.
  • Strong technical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management within an HR or IT environment.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the capacity to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar sector is advantageous.
