About the Team
Workday is a global leader committed to driving innovation and excellence in sales enablement. As part of our Global Sales Enablement function, we are dedicated to empowering our sales teams with powerful technologies and strategies to maximize effectiveness and drive organizational impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic problem solver to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in crafting our enablement technology strategy and leveraging it to its full potential to support measurement, analytics, and reporting on the impact of our sales enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the sales enablement technology strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards reflecting the effectiveness and impact of our sales enablement efforts, applying advanced analytics and reporting tools
  • Provide insights and hypotheses on leading indicators and their correlation with lagging indicators, enabling proactive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Cultivate partnerships across various teams, including solution definition, execution, methodology, demand, and internal BT and systems teams, to drive alignment and collaboration
  • Design metrics for success, in collaboration with sales strategy and ops teams, to monitor progress and ensure that our efforts contribute to organizational impact
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in sales enablement, recommending innovative solutions to improve our capabilities and drive competitive advantage
About You

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in revenue enablement, technology strategy, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives
  • 5 + years of analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Other Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $155,700 USD - $233,700 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $140,800 USD - $239,300 USD
