Qualifications:

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws. Broad knowledge of HR practices and procedures. Professional and personable demeanor with the ability to ensure privacy and confidentiality. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish

Experience:

4+ years of generalist experience in Human Resources with HR management/lead experience. Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the communication or advertising industry and agency work environments is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.

Physical Demands:
