Job DescriptionJob Description

WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Resource Management/Financial Analyst to support program management, strategic planning, operational support, OCONUS logistics, and training exercises for USSOUTHCOM.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in developing critical information products in programming and planning.
  • Provide best practice expertise related to spend monitoring, funding, and budget readiness.
  • Facilitate financial-related Integrated Product/Process Teams (IPTs), special advisory boards, off-sites, working groups, and audit teams.
  • Support the Command plan process including analyzing plans, drafting work products, and conducting In-Process Reviews (IPRs).
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed requirements and develop COAs for senior leadership awareness.
  • Assist in the collection, monitoring, and analysis of commitment, obligation, and expenditure information from accounting systems or records.
  • Provide support to prepare mid-year and program review analysis.

This position is contingent on award.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Current, active Secret security clearance.
  • Minimum of 3 years PPBE, budgeting, and/or resource management experience.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and present them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working in the DoD environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Current, active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Experience working at or with the headquarters level of a military service.
  • Experience briefing senior leaders.
  • USSOCOM or TSOC experience.
