Job Description This role is fully on-site, Monday - Friday Based in Miami, FL You Will Contribute By Preparing for and facilitating new hire orientation. Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding work eligibility (I-9 compliance, labor postings, etc.). Assisting with HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the business unit. Supporting key HR initiatives, including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and salary reviews. Coordinating HR and Company initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention (e.g., company surveys, community events, recognition). Assisting HR Business Partners with employee relations investigations. Ensuring sensitive information remains confidential at all times. Challenging the status quo by innovating current processes and any ad hoc projects as assigned. Travel Required: No We're Looking for Candidates With 1-2 years of Human Resources experience preferred. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Spanish is required. Working knowledge of Human Resources related laws and regulations. Prior experience working in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred. The ability to work with a high volume of employees. Strong internal and external customer service focus. Effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. The ability to work independently when required, as well as the drive to succeed and a self-starter mindset. Ability to work collaboratively. Ability to identify and handle priority and sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
