Job Description

Your Responsibilities

As a Scheduling & Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers to communicate project schedules and identify and resolve customer issues. In addition, you will research warranty and service entitlements.
  • Interact with customers to create project schedule requests, notifies customers of project status, start and end dates.
  • Respond to and resolves customer questions, concerns and complaints. Know where to find information needed to solve customer problems and escalate appropriate issues.
  • Track status and progress of work orders and projects.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues in customer jobs or projects that fall behind schedule.
  • Responsible for interpreting specifications, job orders and schedules.
  • Report job and schedule status to manager as appropriate.
  • Assist in resolving billing complaints and recommends appropriate resolutions.
  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver's license will be required.
  • 1-3 years minimum experience.
  • Industry Experience -Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc. (preferred).
