Position: Director of Business Development (Hospice, Palliative Care, Home Health) About Anova Care: At Anova Care, we believe in empowering patients with exceptional, personalized care at every stage of their healthcare journey. Our interdisciplinary teams include Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Bereavement Counselors, and Therapists, all committed to delivering care wherever the patient calls home. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Business Development to lead the growth and expansion of our Hospice, Palliative Care, and Home Health services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, with a proven track record in sales, relationship-building, and strategic planning within these sectors. This role will be critical in expanding our footprint, driving new business, and ensuring that Anova Care continues to be the preferred provider for patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to grow our Hospice, Palliative Care, and Home Health programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, healthcare facilities, and community organizations. Identify new market opportunities and referral channels to meet and exceed revenue targets. Educate providers and the community on the benefits of Hospice, Palliative, and Home Health services to generate referrals. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure alignment on service delivery and patient care. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies. Lead presentations, sales calls, and negotiations with potential partners and clients. Participate in community outreach and events to promote Anova Care's services. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development in Hospice, Palliative Care, and/or Home Health. Demonstrated success in driving growth and meeting revenue goals within the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the complexities of end-of-life care and chronic illness management. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a healthcare-related field is preferred. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary of $80,000 to $90,000, plus a lucrative commission structure. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401(k) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Based in Greenwood Village, CO.
