Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are searching for a Business Development Representative in Englewood, Colorado. This role will focus on nurturing business opportunities through outbound sales activities. As a Business Development Representative, you will be tasked with generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
• Build relationships with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the company's product and service offerings
• Maintain a database in the CRM about prospective clients, meaningful interactions, and transactions
• Develop and implement business development strategies
• Create regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal teams
• Attend networking events, conferences, meetings, and industry events.• Proficiency in data entry, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience in driving annual sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of business development strategies and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a Business Development role would be advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events when necessary.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
• High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and business partners.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments and market trends.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry knowledge and competitor activity.
