The Daily Wire is hiring for a Marketing Strategist who will be dedicated to the Merchandise & Consumer Brands line of business at Daily Wire. The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity is an innovative and passionate marketer who seeks opportunities and creates ways to advance the Merchandise & Consumer Brands division of our business. Results driven, this marketer will thrive in ambiguous situations and has a knack for experimentation. Successful candidates will be able to think big and execute rapidly. **Responsibilities:**

* Own the strategic marketing vision for our Merchandise & Consumer Brands line of business

* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business line challenges and translate those into a robust marketing roadmap

* Build forecasts and projections that relate to the expected ROI on marketing campaigns, traffic and user acquisition, and other marketing performance metrics

* Work with Marketing Operations team to ensure campaigns and marketing assets are ready and rolled out to meet objectives

* Track analytics and turn insights into action items with a willingness to pivot initial plan to meet new demands and maximize marketing strategy ROI

* Act as a high-level project manager to all the marketing-related initiatives that your area is responsible for, ensuring that all initiatives are on time and adequately resourced

* Facilitate effective brainstorming sessions which contribute to the generation of new ideas that push the boundaries

* Perform other duties as assigned

**Experience & Requirements:**

* Nashville, TN -based position (working remotely is not an option)

* Previous professional experience in Merchandise & Consumer Brands strongly preferred

* 3+ years of Marketing Project Management experience

* Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns

* Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes

* Entrepreneurial spirit and approach to work

* Desire to leverage analytics to enhance marketing roadmaps

* Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative

* An openness to receiving constructive feedback and an eagerness to apply it to continuously grow and improve

* Thrive functioning in a role that is roughly 70% strategic and 30% tactical

* G-suite proficiency

**Reports to:** Chief Marketing Officer

**Start date:** Immediate

**Employment type:** Full-time; Exempt

**Compensation:** $80K-$90K

**Benefits:** Health insurance options (medical through Blue Cross Blue Shield; dental and vision through Guardian); Paid Time Off; 401k (5% match)
