We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong focus on data analytics for a high-visibility role within our telecommunications company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and prioritizing issues related to our products, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders, and leveraging data to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Intake Process Management: Develop and manage an efficient intake process for all product-related issues. Oversee issues related to both app quality and OS-level problems, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution. Integrate issues identified by customer operations, including those arising from technician visits and customer calls. Track and manage issues discovered in testing environments, ensuring pre-release code issues are addressed. Executive Communication: Communicate issue priorities and status updates to executive leadership. Prepare and present information using PowerPoint and during meetings. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly. Technical Prioritization: Analyze data to identify issues with the most significant customer impact. Determine the severity of issues based on their effect on customer experience. Utilize knowledge of tech stacks and systems engineering to inform prioritization decisions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a telecommunications or technology company. Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making. Experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical background with an understanding of tech stacks and systems engineering. Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing product issues at both app and OS levels. Familiarity with customer operations and integration of field issues into product management processes.
