Embarking on a journey with INGENIOUS.BUILD means participating in the creation of the pioneering cloud application designed to manage the complete lifecycle of a real estate construction project. You will be contributing to what many regard as the ultimate achievement in construction project management. This is a significant, ambitious, and bold initiative, and if you possess the necessary skills, you will have a direct impact on its evolution.

As a Technical Product Lead, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional value to customers through our more technical Delivery Team, which specializes in external integrations. This involves gathering client requirements, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality product delivery.

We seek a determined, versatile individual who excels in a dynamic environment and can adeptly transform disparate information into valuable software solutions for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the product vision and strategy for third-party integrations using data-driven insights.
  • Gather insights about clients, analyze market trends, conduct user testing as necessary, and collaborate with stakeholders to create a roadmap that maximizes value and delivers the Right Solution at the Right Moment.
  • Track product performance and key metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and growth potential.
  • Work alongside Delivery Teams (Software, Design, Quality Assurance) to launch impactful, world-class products.
  • Formulate clear go-to-market strategies for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Engage with various internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency in discussing APIs and data architectures.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic leadership, logical reasoning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully assume multiple roles.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Figma, and Productboard.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the AECO or PropTech industries.
  • Experience in a startup environment.

This position is fully remote with occasional travel as required.

The compensation range for this role is broad, estimated between $90,000 to $110,000, though actual pay may vary based on skills, location, and market conditions.

We are eager to learn more about your potential contributions to our mission.

We look forward to receiving your application, and a member of our Recruitment Team will reach out accordingly.
