Seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive large scale Infrastructure programs for building Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure. Preferred candidates will need to have a mix of technical experience and business acumen. At Oracle, we are investing billions in the talent and technology to make the next great public cloud. We are the Security Products Group within Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure organization. As a Principal Technical Program Manager in Security Products you will be responsible for driving projects that help our customers to secure their data, these projects often span across multiple service teams within our organization and are important to our business. This role also has a process documentation function, upward and downward reporting, and managing issues/risk mitigation. You will work closely with Security Engineering, Management, and Software teams. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Experience driving large-scale projects in other Public Cloud providers or Telcos Heavy expertise in managing complex programs spanning across multiple functions\teams Experience with continuous improvement or Kaizen processes Strong in verbal, written communication and detailed oriented  Must be willing to work in a fast pace environment and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a can-do attitude  Self-starter and can work independently while applying sound business judgment to solve complex issues Project Management Methodologies  Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of work experience in related industry or 8 years of work experience in a related industry

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills and project management methodologies in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Five years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
