The Channel Sales Manager will have principle responsibility to contribute centrally to growth of Kryon US operation by accelerating the scale and performance of our channel ecosystem. This leader is responsible for leading the North America partner strategy, to create strategy, recruit partners, enable partners, drive growth through partners, and activate/leverage the Channel community as a primary growth platform.

The role requires an individual with strong leadership, sales and partnering skills, while also being able to create and articulate a shared plan for Kryon North America sales. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business and conceptual technical savvy; an ability to both envision process improvements while driving the existing business; along with influencing skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional constituencies to grow the business.

With this in mind, we seek a talented leader who can motivate and lead our partner ecosystem on how to monetize and accelerate their business through intrinsic security solutions.

Location is flexible to be based remotely within the United States.

**Requirements**

* 7+ years of sales management experience in a dynamic, highly competitive, ever-changing enterprise sales environment

* Major understanding of channel sales, Distribution, VAR, and MSSP operating models

* Preferably will have led quota carrying channel sales teams with demonstrated achievement in accomplishing qualitative and quantitative channel growth objectives

* Ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within very large and complex organizations

* Extensive experience with channel partners, service providers, or end-customers in a dynamic software environment

* Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction

* Strong executive level communication skills

* Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high level of integrity, honesty, and standards for self and team

* BA/BS degree or higher

* Ability to travel 60%+ of the time (post covid)

**Responsibilities**

* Will be responsible for achieving channel sales targets on a yearly basis

* Will possess strong leadership, executive communication skills, and the ability to work cross functionally

* Develop a cohesive plan to recruit and activate an appropriate community of Channel Partners to drive market presence, transactional growth, channel capacity, and sales performance

* Ensure alignment across GTM and Corporate functions around a clear and compelling channel growth strategy for, initiatives, campaigns, and overall execution

* Be operationally excellent in (but not limited to) forecasting, pipeline development, and best practice sharing.

* Run weekly forecasting processes to provide visibility to Kryons regional and corporate leadership of sales pipeline status and potential to achieve target bookings, as well as upside and downside risks to achieving target bookings.
