As a Hardware Logistics Support Specialist, you will help develop process improvements that increase the operational efficiency of our business, process inbound ticket requests, and manage daily tasks related to shipping and inventory. A Support Specialist will be responsible for producing qualitative and quantitative data that impacts decisions by stakeholders from across the company, and directly affect both internal and external Nextiva clients. The ideal candidate will be able to investigate internal issues and workflow interruptions, provide a concise analysis, and deliver suggested solutions or corrective action to management. A Support Specialist will also be knowledgeable of all shipping procedures and contribute to the documentation of any new information.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the accurate and uniform completion of shipping escalations and RMA cases while maintaining the Shipping teams SLAs of 2hrs & 48hrs respectively

* Complete daily shipping related tasks and delegate when needed to help ensure an even workload and excellent service to our customers

* Extract Power BI data (until Oracle transition) and modify into individual and team KPIs and distribute weekly.

* Extract daily reports for trend and discrepancy analysis to proactively identify potential supply chain obstacles and opportunities

* Assist your direct leadership create a KPI dashboard to monitor micro-activities and macro-company performance spike to correlate events in specific areas and take action as needed

* Recommend improvements to current tools/spreadsheets/processes to aid in continuous improvement and powering human connections

* Acquire and provide information/data to management to assist with micro or macro process improvement and/or operational cost saving projects when needed

* Provide awareness on activities/trends that could impact future inventory forecast

* Tactfully communicate with internal and external teams that affect daily shipping activities, determine which stakeholders need to be involved to effectively acquire answers to questions

* Ability to document processes (SOPs), draft training materials (Flow charts), and maintain their organization for continued use and updating

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience

* MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IFTHEN formulas, graphing)

* ERP experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, Apprise, AS400 a plus)

* Business tact, sound judgement, adapts well to change

* Reliable to supervise day-to-day operations and coach with consistency

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exploratory solution finder

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

* Adaptable to changing work environments and processes

* Ability to resolve conflict and manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude that team members want to follow

* Works well in team environment with excellent interpersonal skills

* Excellent written/oral communication skills Ideal candidate will have experience with logistics and/or reverse logistics (i.e. experience as Manufacturer, Distributor, or Reseller)

* Ability to influence others and communicate with full transparency to build trust and credibility

* Experience in roles requiring project management, problem solving and analysis skills
