Your Responsibilities
As a vital member of a cross-functional team reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of our products to both domestic and international destinations, as well as managing the receipt of components from various locations worldwide.
A Typical Day May Involve
- Collecting weight and dimension information to prepare shipments and acquire shipping estimates
- Generating documentation for international shipments, including hazardous materials declarations
- Collaborating with freight forwarders to arrange pickups from Firetrace facilities
- Receiving incoming products and ensuring they correspond with purchase orders

Qualifications
- Experience with Great Plains (GP) or similar ERP systems is highly desirable
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing complex domestic and large international shipments, preferably in a manufacturing context
- Basic knowledge of inventory management practices
- Experience operating a pallet jack
- Forklift certification is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while receiving guidance from various team members
