Our innovative fire suppression solutions ensure the safety of businesses, individuals, and equipment by automatically detecting and extinguishing fires in high-risk environments, such as CNC machinery, vehicles, heavy machinery, electrical cabinets, and wind turbines.
Your RoleReporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be an essential part of a collaborative team responsible for dispatching our products to both international and domestic destinations, as well as coordinating the receipt of components from around the world.Daily Responsibilities
Your typical day may involve:
- Collecting weight and dimension information to prepare shipments and obtain shipping estimates
- Generating documentation for international shipping, including hazardous materials declarations
- Collaborating with freight forwarders to arrange pickups from Firetrace facilities
- Receiving incoming products and verifying that the items correspond with the purchase orders

- Experience with Great Plains (GP) or similar ERP systems
- A minimum of 2 years managing complex domestic and large international shipments, ideally in a manufacturing context
- A basic understanding of inventory management
- Experience operating a pallet jack
- Forklift certification is a plus
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while receiving guidance from various team members
