As a Logistics Support Specialist, your role will involve enhancing operational processes to boost efficiency, managing incoming ticket requests, and overseeing daily shipping and inventory tasks. You will be responsible for generating both qualitative and quantitative insights that influence decisions made by stakeholders across the organization, impacting both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the precise and consistent handling of shipping escalations and RMA cases while adhering to the Shipping team's service level agreements.
  • Perform daily shipping tasks and allocate responsibilities as necessary to maintain a balanced workload and high-quality service.
  • Extract and analyze data from Power BI to create individual and team KPIs, distributing findings weekly.
  • Generate daily reports for trend analysis to proactively identify potential supply chain challenges and opportunities.
  • Assist leadership in developing a KPI dashboard to monitor performance metrics and respond to specific events.
  • Propose enhancements to existing tools and processes to foster continuous improvement.
  • Provide data and insights to management for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor activities and trends that may affect future inventory forecasts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to resolve shipping-related inquiries.
  • Document processes and create training materials to ensure ongoing clarity and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in logistics or reverse logistics is advantageous.
