Your Responsibilities

As a vital member of a cross-functional team reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the logistics of shipping our products to both domestic and international destinations, as well as managing the receipt of components from various global sources.

Daily Tasks May Include

  • Collecting weight and dimension data to prepare shipments and acquire shipping estimates
  • Generating documentation for international shipments, including hazardous materials declarations
  • Coordinating with freight carriers to arrange pickups from Firetrace facilities
  • Receiving incoming products and ensuring they correspond with purchase orders

Essential Requirements

  • Experience with Great Plains (GP) or similar ERP systems is highly preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing complex domestic and large international shipments, ideally in a manufacturing context
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management practices
  • Experience operating a pallet jack
  • Forklift certification is advantageous
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while receiving guidance from various team members
