We are currently seeking a Group Sales Coordinator to join our team full time in our Kissimmee, FL office

The Group Sales Coordinator will perform confidential clerical and administrative duties for the Group Sales & Travel Industry Department, requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist Director and Managers of the department with Contracts

* Attend internal operations meetings to communicate with the Departments Coordinate travel arrangements, marketing and collateral requests, process expense reports invoices and commissions

* Accurately transcribe, type, format, and proofread a wide variety of material (for example correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.)

* Run Sales & Commissions reports

* Act as the main point of contact for all administrative issues.

* Work on several projects as assigned

* Create Group Resumes

* Meet and greet clients and visitors

* Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate manager, screen calls, take messages for external or internal sources

* Manage schedules/set up meetings and appt.

**Qualifications:**

* At least 2-3 years of Administrative Sales Assistant in the Hospitality Industry.

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* This individual will have access to confidential information, and it is imperative that he/she maintain confidentiality at all times.

* Must be able to work independently

* Must exercise judgment in monitoring phone calls and meeting requests.

* Preference will be given to candidates with current Orlando market experience.

* Able to work weekends when need it
