We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Coordination Specialist to become a vital part of our team at NDM Hospitality Services in Kissimmee, FL.

The Sales Coordination Specialist will undertake confidential clerical and administrative responsibilities for the Group Sales & Travel Industry Department, necessitating extensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director and Managers with contract management.
  • Participate in internal operations meetings to facilitate communication across departments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, marketing initiatives, and collateral requests; process expense reports, invoices, and commissions.
  • Accurately transcribe, format, and proofread various documents including correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations using relevant software.
  • Generate Sales & Commissions reports.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all administrative matters.
  • Manage multiple projects as assigned.
  • Create Group Resumes.
  • Welcome clients and visitors.
  • Handle phone calls, directing them to the appropriate manager, screening calls, and taking messages.
  • Organize schedules and set up meetings and appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Sales Assistant in the Hospitality sector.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must maintain confidentiality due to access to sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in managing phone calls and meeting requests.
  • Preference for candidates with current experience in the Orlando market.
  • Availability to work weekends as needed.
