Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Delta Hotels Celebration Orlando. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through exceptional customer service, strategic sales planning, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Team Leadership: Counsel and motivate your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Sales Reporting: Present accurate sales reports to the team, including sales progress and volume, to inform future sales goals.
  • Sales Planning: Create sales plans for each sales representative, set individual sales targets, assign territories, and manage ongoing training programs.
  • Market Development: Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Hotel Sales Experience: Proven track record in hotel sales, with a focus on group tour and travel.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
