Business Development ManagerLocation: Indianapolis Metro Pay: $50K + commission (OTE $100K+)Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pmOur client is a growth focused business services company who works within the manufacturing and distribution sectors of the market.They are looking for you, a high energy Business Development Manager who can manage the full-cycle client experience through sales and account management, while also taking ownership of the development and maintenance of a client pipeline to hit monthly sales goals. This is a direct hire opportunityWhat you get to do: Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person, and prospecting via online ad boards. Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up. Build rapport with hiring managers within existing accounts to increase partnership opportunities.
