Senior Accountant

Our client, a leader in the SAAS industry space is currently adding a Senior Accountant to their team. This role will be in their state of the art Red Bank NJ office
The Senior Accountant will contribute to the month-end accounting close, accounts payables process, day-to-day accounting operations and the financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience preparing financial statements and reporting statements.
Addtl Responsibilities:
- Oversee Revenue Accounting
- ASC 606
- Financial Statement Prep
- Reconciliations
- Oversee and administer employee expense report and travel platforms.
- Monitor and reconcile employee billable expenses and ensure proper accounting and billing.
- Vendor analyses.
- Accruals.
- Assist in the integration of accounting operations for acquired companies.
- Handle the completion of month-end close and reporting tasks as assigned.
- Assist with the preparation of audit and tax requests.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in an accounting
- Public Accounting experience required. CPA highly desired
- SaaS industry experience preferred but not required.
- Advanced working knowledge of excel.
