We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role involves leading projects, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring high-quality service. The technician will manage and report to 6-8 established commercial client accounts, all located within a relatively close distance to the technician's residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Conduct diagnostics and routine maintenance.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Manage and report to 6-8 established client commercial accounts.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians.
  • Interact with clients to provide tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
  • Experience with servicing large tonnage units, Cambridge, Telepacks, AAON, and Mammoth units is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Universal, NATE, OSHA).
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
