Necessary Skills:
Prior cash application experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows-based products
Effective organization and prioritization skills
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Responsibilities:
Accurately apply lockbox deposits, checks, credit cards, wire transfers, ACH payments
Process credit memos and apply cash accurately
Load deposits and manipulate data for account management
Perform cash reconciliations daily and at month-end
Collaborate with internal team members to resolve financial items
Assist with special projects, reports, billing, and other AR functions
