Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to source and attract top talent for inside and outside sales roles, including Team Leads, Solution Specialists, Account Executives, and Business Development Representatives. Utilize various sourcing methods such as paid advertisements, social media platforms (including LinkedIn), resume databases, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and interest in Appstar opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers and human resources to assess department needs and develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to specific roles and markets. Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process, owning the scheduling and workflow. Track and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide data to leadership. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence to improve recruitment strategies continuously.

Qualifications/Skills:

Initiative-taking, organized, and enthusiastic. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Excellent assessment and evaluation skills. Ability to have a professional and informational conversation via telephone. Ability to "sell" the company and the roles.

Experience Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting A strong social media presence and robust LinkedIn network preferred. Previous experience recruiting sales professionals. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR Software. Heavy outbound calling experience.
