Project Executive

in the Miami, FL area with a passion for making a difference in workforce housing and the construction industry? Octagon Talent Solutions is looking for someone like you to join our client companys team As a critical member of the team, youll lead project teams, develop budget strategies, and ensure that the client companys quality standards are met with precision in a senior executive role. With your hands-on experience in construction management and expertise in managing budgets exceeding $50 million for multifamily projects, youll coordinate all phases of multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout. Youll also manage progress meetings, motivate your team, and work towards building workforce housing in South Florida. Join us at Octagon Talent Solutions and help us make a difference

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction to closeout. Support and promote the adoption of various Impetus initiatives and technologies. Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff. Develop a high-performance team through training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with the team through documented coaching sessions. Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, subcontractors, vendors, and various organizations to enhance future business opportunities. Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to secure new work for the business. Manage, oversee, and innovate field operations, processes, and procedures in the spirit of continuous improvement. Directly accountable for the financial performance of projects. Create a strategy that impacts or changes organizational processes. Contribute to strategic initiatives and develop creative solutions to solving company challenges. Communicate objectives and KPIs to the team and translate them into action items.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of multi-family construction experience. Demonstrated experience leading teams and processes. Demonstrated experience directing strategic initiatives. Proficiency with software, including MS Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software, and scheduling software (P6 or similar). Ability to implement new technologies to benefit the projects.
