This individual would be responsible for managing client relationships and the accounts from inception through collections. Will work directly with staff, manager and will report to the owner.

Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms as well as strong proficiency in the Office Suite Ability to build rapport with clients Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to travel to Networking Events (Some Limited Travel) Strong Phone Skills, and experience writing great emails Must be organized, efficient, and a team player.

Job Responsibilities: Will be responsible for maintaining and growing referral partner relationships Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients Serves existing clients by selling other services and meeting client needs. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Recommends changes in sales method, products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Maintains positive relationships with outstanding customer service with clients. Involved in collections on all their accounts and follow up.

Fully Remote position. Competitive base pay plus commissions.
