This is a great role for a recent graduate who’s interested in design, e-commerce start-ups, and sales. The role requires 40 hours a week and would be located in our Tribeca showroom.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Host sales appointments and walk-ins in our Tribeca, NYC showroom
  • Host outside sales presentations at Interior Design and Architecture offices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, including product questions, quote requests, order status updates, etc.
  • Nurture sales opportunities to close through in-person, phone, and online engagement.
  • Manage business development processes for new client cultivation.
  • Assist with showroom events, including coordination / event production. 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • College student or recent graduate.
  • 2-5 years work experience in retail/e-commerce operations.
  • Must be available 4+ days per week to work from our NYC showroom
  • Self-starter and “doer” mentality.
  • Articulate in all written and oral communication.
  • Extremely organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and meet shifting deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic, willing to roll up your sleeves and able to troubleshoot to get the job done.
