Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Epsilon.

Your primary goal will be to assist both emerging and established ecommerce enterprises in recognizing the advantages of personalization, enhancing customer experiences that lead to increased clientele, higher revenue, and enhanced brand loyalty.

This role carries sales quotas, and your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet and surpass annual sales objectives.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Mid-Market Sales and collaborate closely with fellow Sales Account Managers, the Client Development team, product specialists, and external clients.

This position operates in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Epsilon's overarching goal of expanding our Mid-Market footprint.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets by securing new contracts within the Mid-Market sector.
- Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline, including self-generated opportunities.
- Identify and address personalization requirements unique to each ecommerce prospect.
- Drive and manage opportunities through all phases of the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Ensure a smooth sales process, educating and engaging prospects while building trust.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their value to clients and partners.

Candidate Profile:
What you will bring to the table:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in solution-oriented sales with a proven history of surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with MarTech and personalization solutions.
- Experience in selling Software as a Service with multi-year agreements.
- Proven track record of engaging with mid-market clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Qualifications:
- A well-established network within the industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales tools such as Outreach, Cognism, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate complex sales processes.

Compensation:
- Annual salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, plus commission.
