About the role
Our Territory SalesManager will help increase sales revenues and maintain customer relationships withinan assigned geographical area. In thisrole, outstanding organizational and sales skills are needed as well as anexcellent communicator who understands customer needs.
Responsibilities
Deviseeffective territory sales and marketing strategies to build the businesswithin the territory
Analyzedata to find the most efficient sales methods
Targetingpotential customers and assessing opportunities for sales
Analyzingcompetitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities forbusiness development
Meetwith customers to address concerns and provide solutions
Discoversales opportunities through consumer research
Presentproducts and services to prospective customers
Participatein industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to network withbusinesses in the territory and cultivate customer relationships
Conducttraining in sales techniques and company product attributes
Assesssales performance
Chasesales leads from other members of the business
Keepup to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business
Prepareand submit reports to the VPof sales
About you
Provenexperience as a Territory Sales Manager
Proventrack record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience ispreferred
Abilityto develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Proficientin MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Organizationaland leadership ability
Problem-solvingaptitude
Excellentpresentation skills (development and delivery)
Effectiveteam player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships
