REPORTS TO: Commercial Sales Manager

FLSA: Full-time, Exempt

Position Summary:

Lo-Chlor Inc., the pool industry’s fastest-growing manufacturer of specialty chemical water treatment products, is looking for a dynamic go-getter to join our sales team and grow our business in Northeast USA. This is an opportunity to join a first-class organization producing the best differentiated product line in the pool industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow sales within the existing dealer network of service companies, retail stores, and pool builders

• New business acquisition throughout the assigned territory

• Effectively present product knowledge and programs

• Analyze monthly reports to identify revenue opportunities / challenges with accounts

• Provide timely and accurate forecasts

• Communicate accounts’ needs effectively to distribution partners and reporting manager

• Continuously improve product knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends and practices.

• Attend networking, trade shows, and other industry events

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• At least three (3) years’ successful outside sales experience

• 4-year degree preferred

• Experience selling technical products is a plus

• Reside within the territory

• Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude

• Team-player mentality

• Strong communication skills

• Frequent travel required.

• Organized and detail oriented

• Strong commitment to the Team Horner Value System
