Key Responsibilities
1. **Sales Leadership**: Lead all sales initiatives and account management activities within the designated territory, ensuring alignment with the business unit's objectives.
2. **Customer Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring market penetration.
3. **Strategic Planning**: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with regional and divisional goals, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
4. **Product Demonstrations**: Organize and conduct product demonstrations, leveraging in-depth product knowledge and collaborating with technical experts.
5. **Market Analysis**: Analyze customer needs and market trends to tailor solutions that meet their requirements, enhancing the value proposition of our offerings.
6. **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to management, ensuring transparency and accountability in sales pipeline management.
7. **Travel Requirements**: The role involves significant travel, estimated at 50%, to engage with customers and participate in industry events.
Qualifications
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a scientific or technical field, with a focus on extrusion sales.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and modern sales tools.
