  • The People Partner, NA Operations is a key member of the NA Operations People team and is responsible for the support and deployment of the portfolio of HR work in support of business goals and talent strategies.
  • This role is critical in executing our People initiatives and in driving functional
  • excellence for the People function within the Operations/Supply Chain organization. He/she/they will actively support the NA Operations People team and business through business partnering and supporting the full life cycle of employment, as well as priority projects driving our NA Operations talent and culture agenda.
  • He/she/they will proactively guide the delivery of HR services and, based on a solid understanding of both HR processes and organizations needs, offer operational support in implementing the People strategy for the NA Operations team.
  • He/she/they will work flexibly across multiple client groups within the NA market and will interface with all other HR COEs.
