Drive end-user demand for new product offerings. Build and maintain a distribution network. Manage administrative functions, such as reports and expenses. Conduct product knowledge meetings, safety seminars, and demonstrations. Organize and attend trade shows. Utilize sales tools and programs to increase product sales. Support regional and national accounts. Utilize Salesforce for opportunity management. Prepare for customer meetings. Provide sales forecast and business plan annually. Work with inside sales team to close leads. Manage time effectively with key accounts. Collaborate with rep agency network. Deliver high-quality presentations. Meet daily/weekly Salesforce expectations. Qualifications: Strategic account manager. Abrasive or tooling industry experience preferred. Knowledge of appropriate sales channels. Cutting tool knowledge is a plus. Relationship builder with the ability to generate leads. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and organization skills. Positive attitude and hands-on approach. Experience using Salesforce. Creative problem solver with quick thinking abilities.
