Title: Territory Manager- Dental Implants
Company: Innovative dental implant brand, experiencing rapid expansion across 30+ countries. Setting new standards in dental care across digital advancements and medical devices.
Territory: Northern California.
Description: This position offers the chance to represent cutting-edge dental implants and digital technologies
- Responsible for day to day sales operations, customer service, clinical training, and sales management to meet sales goals.
- Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of Implantology and digital equipment sales strategies for key accounts to accelerate revenue and increase case volume.
- Sell directly to business owners in General Dentistry, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and other dental professionals.
- Daily use of CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
- Support practitioners to grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activities to support sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements:.
- Completed Bachelors degree
- Minimum 4 years experience in medical office outside sales. Preferably in dental implant or dental rehabilitation sales.
- A driven, 'hunter' mentality, with a keen appetite for new business development and a passion for achieving sales excellence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation: 200k total earnings at plan, uncapped. Plus car allowance, gas, expenses, 401k, great benefits and more
- With Dental experience $80-95k Base DOE
- Without dental experience $75-85k base to start, base increase after 2 months
