ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the recruitment process inclusive of posting and updating career opportunities; screening resumes and candidates; scheduling interviews with leaders and department heads; administering pre-employment paperwork; conducting reference and background checks; extending offer to all final candidates. Interview and assess candidates based on needs defined by department hiring managers. Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs, career days, and other events to source candidates. Handle administration of new hire process, paperwork, and enter in HRIS in timely manner. Create and maintain associate files in an orderly, compliant, and secure manner. Place employment ads on various websites requested. Employment Verifications (field and corporate) HUB back up - Fana I9 Audit & Compliance Job Posting Audits Covid List maintenance Talentreef - Set up admin access for new leadership Everfi - Setup and maintain training for new team members for our online training platform Invoices for corporate Maintain and update bulletin boards in all associate areas and HR bulletin board. This position has a dotted line responsibility to the Vice President of Human Resources. Maintains regular attendance and is consistently on time. Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code. Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor. A.) from four-year college or university; and 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to write reports and correspondence. Must be able to keep information confidential. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Proficient in HRI systems, time keeping system. Proficient at MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment normally entails the following: Indoor work environment Minimal to moderate noise levels consistent with hotel environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS: During the course of performing the physical demands of this position, associates are expected to observe and adhere to safety and security procedures, promoting a safe work environment.
