We have been working with a growing manufacturer of electric heaters on bringing in a Outside Sales Rep to work with customers in the East Coast to bring in a new book of business.
Base salary + bonuses and commissions
*Company is known for its stability and tenure
*50% new business development and 50% maintaining existing customers
*Role will be split between remote and travel
Overview :
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the internal sales and manufacturing teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Travel to customer locations within the assigned territory to conduct meetings and sales activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business related field
At least 5 years of experience in an outside sales/business development within industrial manufacturing, HVAC, thermal etc.
Ability to travel to customers in the East Coast (2-3 days per week)
