We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisitions and Dispositions Associate to join our dynamic team and play a key role in sourcing deals and managing the monetization process.

This role requires a keen eye for property value, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the real estate market and a proactive approach to finding and closing profitable deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Identify potential investment properties through various channels including direct mail, networking, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research and property analysis to assess the value and potential of properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to acquire properties at favorable terms.
- Manage due diligence processes, including inspections and title reviews.

Dispositions and Sales:
- Develop and implement strategies to market and sell acquired properties.
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials, and coordinate with real estate agents as needed.
